Christmas Fudge and Nuts!

What is it with fudge and Christmas? Why is fudge so much better during the Christmas season?

Santa must have enjoyed some Christmas fudge at his last stop!

Foolproof fudge No need for a candy thermometer to make this easy chocolate fudge. Cream and butter are heated with marshmallows to form a sweet and smooth foundation, and then white or semisweet chocolate chips are melted in. Cut the fudge into shapes using cookie cutters, or simply slice into squares, and decorate the top with toasted nuts or crushed peppermints

Cranberries are super good for you!

And how about some tasty candied nuts? Nuts are good for you, right?
